City of Sylvania
City of Sylvania removes outdoor seating
Picnic tables had been set up for social distancing

Effective Monday, June 22, 2020, Maplewood Avenue in Downtown Sylvania will be reopened to traffic.

The closure began on Friday, May 22, 2020 and was done in response to a need of creating more outdoor space to assist our local restaurants and for people to gather safely in our Downtown.

Picnic tables will be added to the park at the corner of Main and Maplewood and parklets have been installed on Main Street to provide locations to enjoy the outdoors in our Downtown.

If you have any questions on this please contact Bill Sanford at 419-885-0482 or in the Mayor’s Office
