HerHub celebrates Black History Month with showcase

419HerHub supporters, Fowl & Fodder & Mansour and Wealth Financial Management will be presenting a LIVE event of “Art, Food and Soul: A Showcase of local Black Women Owned Businesses and Featured Female artist in honor of Black History Month” on Thursday, Feb. 25th, 2021 from 4pm 7:30pm at Fowl & Fodder, Downtown Toledo.
After almost a full year doing virtual events, Women of Toledo and HerHub are excited to share present a ticketed event, with strict Covid-19 guidelines, IN PERSON at Fowl and Fodder Downtown, featuring photography by Sylvania's Shakhan Kelly.
Three “Gallery Style” showings will take place at 4pm to 5:00pm, 5:15pm to 6:15pm and 6:30pm to 7:30pm. A limit of 25 attendees per showing in order to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines. Mask and temperature check will be required upon entering premises. Tickets are now on sale.

This ticketed event for the public consists of one-hour timed showings that include a cash bar, food, and an opportunity to support and meet & learn about our black owned female businesses within the HerHub community! Your ticket will also include:
• African American inspired art displayed throughout the restaurant showcasing our featured artist Cydnee Moore.
• Meet & Greet 419hub of local African American Women Business owners (listed below)
• Appetizers and sweets from our four African American caterers - Avocado & Cheese Charcuterie, Island Soul, HotBox Bistro and Be Sweet.

HerHub was established in 2018, under the governance of Women of Toledo. HerHub is committed to serving and supporting Toledo's diverse female business owners and community leaders via our online resources, online networking events, and social media marketing. Established in 2014, Inclusive for Women Inc. - Women of Toledo (WoT) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization serving the Greater Toledo community that advocates for diversity and inclusion with a focus on economic empowerment. The organization offers programs and services that help tackle issues critical to women’s economic advancement and interrupt various biases in the workplace, marketplace, community, and family.
