Sierra Wagoner,
New Lourdes coach

"I am excited to have Coach Wagoner join our staff here at Lourdes," Eaton stated.  "With her familiarity to the area, she should be able to jump right in to recruiting in our backyard.  She built a successful program at Perrysburg and I look forward to her doing the same here at Lourdes."

Wagoner has playing experience as well as a member of the Bowling Green State University club team where she was both a captain and a coach from 2014 through 2018.

"It is an honor to be named the head women's lacrosse coach at Lourdes University," Wagoner said.  "I would like to thank athletics director Janet Eaton and the selection committee for giving me this amazing opportunity.  Gray Wolf lacrosse will continue to build a strong foundation of hard work and dedication. The program has a bright future, and I am extremely excited to be a part of it!  Being a native of Northwest Ohio and having Lourdes in my backyard, I feel like I have an exceptional understanding of the potential for the Lourdes women's lacrosse program not only on the field, but in the community as well.  I could not be more excited to be joining the Gray Wolves and for the season to begin!"

Wagoner is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in human development and family studies in 2018 and her Master of Education in school counseling in 2020.
