Ohio Department of Health, April 22, 2021 | COVID-19:

The State of Ohio is sponsoring regional and mobile mass vaccination clinics to ensure all Ohioans have access to COVID-19 vaccine as it becomes more widely available.

Any Ohioan who is eligible to receive the vaccine under the Ohio Department of Health’s vaccination plan will be able to get a vaccination at any of Ohio's mass vaccination clinics.

Find information here about each clinic and how to sign up for a vaccine appointment.

Ohioans age 16-17 are eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine, the only COVID-19 vaccine authorized for use in people younger than 18. Children ages 16 and 17 who are not emancipated must have parental or legal guardian consent for any vaccine. A parent or legal guardian generally should accompany the minor to receive the vaccine, unless the administration of the vaccine occurs in a physician’s office, school-based or school-associated clinic setting or similar setting. Parents/legal guardians will be asked to provide digital consent if scheduling an appointment through the VMS. They also may be asked to sign a consent form on site.

Appointments can be made at gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov.  Have questions about the mass vaccination clinics, or need assistance scheduling an appointment?  Call 1-833-4ASK-ODH/1-833-427-5634 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. for assistance.
